Job Description
Northbridge Capital Partners needs a Director of Engineering to build and scale a team through our next growth phase. This is a hands-on leadership role -- you will still review architecture, not just attend meetings about it.

12+ years in engineering, at least 5 in a leadership roleExperience scaling an engineering team through a major growth phaseComfortable being hands-on with architecture when it matters
Responsibilities
