Falkenberg Materials is hiring a VP of Finance to lead financial planning and reporting as we scale. You will own the model, not just present someone else's numbers to the board.
Requirements
15+ years in finance leadership rolesExperience presenting directly to a board of directorsTrack record of building financial infrastructure at a scaling company
Responsibilities
Own financial planning, modeling, and board-level reportingLead budgeting and forecasting across all departmentsPartner with the CEO on fundraising and capital allocation decisionsBuild out the finance function as the company scales
