Fieldstone Insurance Group is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own architecture decisions across our core platform. You will work directly with the engineering leadership team on the technical roadmap, not just execute someone else's design doc.

10+ years of professional software engineering experienceTrack record of leading complex, cross-team technical initiativesDeep expertise in distributed systems and production reliability
